You
can take goods away by yourself (by an advance agreement) or can order
goods delivery.
Delivery
within Kiev is made by a courier on weekdays from 12:00 to 21:00,
at the weekend from 10:00 to 21:00, during 3-4 hours (if good is available
in stock) from the moment of order (payment). The cost of delivery is
free.
Delivery
within Ukraine is made through UkrPochta by
sending of post parcel (in case of prepayment) or by cash on delivery
or through Autolux, Gunsel, Nova
Poshta, Euroexpress or Intime.
Dispatch is performed within 8 hours (if good is available in stock) from
the moment of order (payment). Duration of sending is usually 3-5 days
(for UkrPochta) or 1-2 days (for other carriers). The cost of sending
depends on the order value and distance of transportation and is determined
by carrier.
Delivery
outside of Ukraine (former USSR, Europe) is made through international
carriers Fedex, UPS, EMS, DHL and other. Dispatch is performed within
1-2 days from the moment of payment. Duration of sending is usually from
2 to 14 days. The cost of sending depends on the order value and distance
of transportation and is determined by carrier.
Procedure of
goods dispatch by cash on delivery through UkrPochta
within Ukraine:
- Buyer informs us about
the name and quantity of necessary instruments, own full name, zip
code, home address and contact phone number (city or mobile) by fax
or e-mail;
- After receiving of order
we perform a dispatch to specified address and inform a buyer about
it;
- After a while (usually
during 3-5 days) a buyer receives a postal notification to the specified
address;
- After that a buyer have
to go to the Post Office and show a document identifying his person
(passport), check the content of parcel and pay its claimed cost +
1-2% of claimed cost for money transferring.
Procedure of
goods dispatch by cash on delivery through Nova Poshta
within Ukraine:
- Buyer informs us about
the name and quantity of necessary instruments, own full name, city
and contact phone number (city or mobile) by phone, fax or e-mail;
- After receiving of order
we perform a dispatch to the specified town and inform the buyer about
number of bill of lading and delivery date;
- After that the buyer have
to come to the office of Nova Poshta, pay (including 1-2% of claimed
cost for money transferring) and receive a parcel. The addresses of
offices, from which baggage can be taken away, are given on sites
www.novaposhta.com.ua;
- For receiving of parcel
the buyer have to know the number of bill of lading, show a document
identifying his person (passport), and also, in case of dispatch of
parcel to the juridical person, have a letter of attorney or confidential
letter with stamp from company for receiving of parcel.
Procedure of
goods dispatch through Autolux, Gunsel,
Euroexpress or Intime within Ukraine:
- Buyer informs us about
the name and quantity of necessary instruments, own full name (or
company name for juridical persons), city and contact phone number
(city or mobile) by phone, fax or e-mail;
- We submit an invoice,
which buyer have to pay;
- After receiving of money
we perform a dispatch to the specified town and inform the buyer about
number of bill of lading and delivery date;
- After that the buyer have
to come to the office of carrier and receive a parcel. The addresses
of offices, from which baggage can be taken away, are given on sites
www.autolux.ua, www.gunsel.com.ua,
www.euroexpress.net.ua or www.intime.ua;
- For receiving of parcel
